Leger Christelle doubled the lead in the 39th minute, giving the visitors a comfortable cushion before halftime.

Onumonu extended Montpellier’s advantage in the 61st minute with a clinical finish, taking her tally to six goals in 10 league appearances this season.

Cameroon international Nina Ngueleu sealed the win with a late strike in added time, sending Montpellier into the Round of 16 in style.

Ifeoma Onumonu continues to build on her impressive form, making her mark not only domestically but also on the international stage.
