Speaking on the opportunity to represent Nigeria, Osho described it as a "great honor".

Super Eagles Talent Pool is Scary – Osho

The Super Eagles squad is too talented and the quality available is massive, so says new boy Gabriel Osho.

Osho, 26, joined Nigeria’s squad for the first time after an injury had ruled him out earlier in March when he got his first call up to the Super Eagles.

The CB who joined Auxerre in Ligue Un from Luton Town as a free agent, has been impressive for the French side this season.

Speaking on the opportunity to represent Nigeria, Osho described it as a “great honor”.

He acknowledged how stacked the pool of talent is at the disposal of the Coaches and considers it a huge privilege.

“All you have to do is look at the frontline; you see the names of all the players that are here and the ones who could not be selected for the squad the is time, the Country is full of talented players,” said Osho in his first interview with the NFF media.

“So it’s very competitive to get a call up, and like I said, it’s a great honor for me because I know there are so many great players from Nigeria that aren’t here.”
