Named in Coach Augustine Eguavoen’s squad, Osimhen’s recent performances at Galatasaray have set high expectations for his impact on the national stage.

Osimhen missed Nigeria’s last doubleheader against Libya due to injury but returns in top form.

This weekend, he scored another brace, following his impressive two-goal performance against Tottenham in the Europa League.

His form has boosted his confidence, and he’s eager to channel this momentum with the Super Eagles.

Reflecting on his recent games, Osimhen shared, “The victory was important, we will go to the Super Eagles with this self-confidence. When we return, we have the power to win every match.”
