Montpellier equalized in the 26th minute following a contentious incident that hampered Nnadozie’s attempt to clear, bringing the score to 1-1.
Paris responded swiftly, with Kessya Bussy netting in the 32nd minute to regain the advantage, sending the home side into halftime up 2-1.
Montpellier mounted a fierce second-half challenge, testing Paris FC’s defense and nearly scoring with a shot that rattled the crossbar in the 61st minute.
Nnadozie was pivotal in maintaining her team’s lead, showcasing her exceptional goalkeeping skills with a stunning double save in the 70th minute.
However, Montpellier managed to level the match at 2-2 in the 80th minute with a well-placed cross-shot. Paris FC in the dying moments saw Julie Dufour’s strike in the 89th minute put them back on top.
Dufour sealed the victory with another goal in the 95th minute, securing her brace and the team’s 4-2 win.
