Napoli defender Amir Rrahmani has expressed his admiration for Romelu Lukaku over his impressive start at the club, suggesting that the Belgian striker has had a more positive impact on the team than, Victor Osimhen.
Lukaku joined Napoli this summer to fill the void left by Osimhen, who was loaned out to Galatasaray.
Since his arrival, Lukaku has quickly made his mark, contributing two goals and two assists in his first two games for the former Italian champions.
Speaking to Sky Sports Italia, Rrahmani stated, “He is very important. In the past, we had Osimhen, who struggled to hold onto the ball and primarily sought depth.
“With Lukaku, we can play the ball to him under pressure. His strong physique benefits us greatly.”He concluded.
Napoli are second in the Seria A table with nine points from the first four matches.
