Leicester City suffered a 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa at the King Power Stadium on Saturday, with Wilfred Ndidi making his first goal contribution of the season.
The Nigeria international provided an assist for Facundo Buonanotte, who scored Leicester’s lone goal of the match.
Despite Ndidi’s involvement, the Foxes continue to struggle, remaining winless after three games this season.
Amadou Onana put Aston Villa ahead in the 28th minute, with Ollie Watkins setting up the goal.
Jhon Duran extended Villa’s lead just after the hour mark, leaving Leicester chasing the game.
Ndidi was substituted for Bobby De Cordova-Reid in the final minute of regulation time.
Leicester City, with one draw and two losses, is still searching for their first Premier League victory of the season.
