Nigeria’s U20 women’s football team, the Falconets, have settled into their accommodation at the Wyndham Hotel in Bogota, Colombia, as they prepare for their kick off of the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup.
The Falconets, runners-up in 2010 and 2014, are one of only four nations to have participated in every edition of the competition since its inception in 2002.
They are set to face Korea Republic in their opening match on Monday, September 2nd.
Following their opener against Korea, they will take on three-time champions Germany in Bogota on September 4th and conclude their group stage against Venezuela in Cali on September 7th.
