Nigeria has qualified for the FIBA Women’s U-18 Afrobasket.

In a decisive match on Saturday, Nigeria triumphed over host nation Cote d’Ivoire with a score of 70-60, earning the Zone 3 ticket to the championship.

This victory followed a dominant performance against Liberia, where the Junior D’Tigress secured a convincing 90-09 win.

The U18 FIBA Afrobasket is scheduled to take place later this year in South Africa.
