Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho has completed his transfer to Spanish club Sevilla, the club announced on their official website on Wednesday.

Iheanacho signed a two-year contract with the option for an additional year, becoming Sevilla’s fifth signing of the summer.

The 27 year-old joined on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with Leicester City last month.

During his time with Leicester, Kelechi Iheanacho scored 61 goals and provided 34 assists in 232 appearances.

The former Manchester City player now joins compatriot Chidera Ejuke at Sevilla as the team looks to rebuild after a disappointing season.
