Nigeria striker Anthony Ujah has joined Bulgarian club Botev Plovdiv on a free transfer after leaving Bundesliga 2 side Eintracht Braunschweig.
The 33 year-old forward parted ways with Eintracht Braunschweig on Wednesday, ending a two-year stint with the German club.
Ujah becomes Botev Plovdiv’s fourth summer signing.
The club’s sporting director, Artur Platek stated, “We are delighted to welcome Anthony Ujah to Botev Plovdiv.
“He brings a wealth of experience from top levels of German football, with matches in both the Bundesliga and Second Bundesliga. His proven footballing qualities and ability to score will certainly help us to improve.”
