Victor Koko Anthony, captain of Rivers Hoopers, has voiced his dissatisfaction with the state of basketball management in Nigeria.
Koko asserts that the administrators are well aware of the necessary steps to activate the league and enhance the sport within the country, but have failed to implement them.
“They all know what to do; let them just do the right thing. The truth is these people know what to do, they just need to do it,” the Player told Brila.net.
“For the fact that our league is not running, that doesn’t mean that we don’t have talent or we don’t have great players in Nigeria. They should try their possible best to put things in order.”
Anthony Koko and his teammates finished third at the Basketball Africa League in Rwanda.
