Nigerian sprinter Favour Ofili is set to compete in the 2024 Atlanta City Games, taking place at Piedmont Park.

The 21-year-old athlete, announced her readiness for the event and her continued preparations for the upcoming Paris Olympics.

In a statement accompanied by a video on her Instagram page on Friday, Ofili expressed her excitement about the competition.

“This will be another big milestone leading straight into this important season with the Olympics coming up soon,” she wrote.

Ofili, who became the second-fastest indoor 200m runner in collegiate history in February 2023, has already secured her ticket for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
