Fabrizio Ravanelli, a former Juventus striker, has voiced concerns over Napoli’s potential challenges in finding a suitable replacement for Victor Osimhen, should the Nigeria opt to depart Naples this summer.

Osimhen, who has enjoyed significant success since joining Napoli four years ago, has consistently delivered impressive performances, achieving double-figure goal tallies in each of his four seasons and setting multiple records.

Despite signing a contract extension with Napoli in December, the 25-year-old is reportedly considering a move away from the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.

Ravanelli emphasized the potential difficulty Napoli could face in securing a suitable replacement should the Forward depart the club at the conclusion of the current campaign.

“Osimhen is among the best strikers in the world. He has incredible ferocity and is not afraid of anything. It will not be easy for Napoli to replace him,” Ravanelli said per Napoli Magazine.

Clubs including Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, and Chelsea have expressed interests in acquiring the 25 year-old Nigerian, who has an estimated €120-130 million release clause.
