Fenerbahce came out victorious in Saturday’s Turkish Lig one fixture against Hatayspor, with Bright Osayi-Samuel and Cengiz Under delivering the goals at the Mersin Stadium.
Osayi-Samuel handed Fenerbahce the advantage in 24th minute, scoring the opening goal after an assist from Edin Dzeko.
The Nigerian right-back, a key contributor throughout the season, boasts seven involvements in Fenerbahce’s goals, including three goals and four assists.
The 26-year-old played a pivotal role for 66 minutes before making way for Jayden Quinn Oosterwolde.
Shortly before the break, Cengiz Under solidified Fenerbahce’s lead with a second goal.
Meanwhile, Hatayspor featured Nigerian midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru for 61 minutes in the game, but they were unable to breach Fenerbahce’s defense.
