Leicester City faces a setback ahead of today’s Championship clash with Millwall as star player Kelechi Iheanacho remains sidelined.
Iheanacho was absent in the Foxes’ recent 4-0 triumph over Plymouth Argyle due to illness, is set to miss the upcoming pivotal match, according to Manager Enzo Maresca’s press conference.
Additionally, three other key players, including Club’s top scorer Jamie Vardy are also ruled out for the anticipated encounter against Millwall.
“They are going to be out, all of them,” Maresca told the media.
“It’s still a small problem [for Vardy]. We played just two days ago. Hopefully, we can have him back very soon.”
He last featured against West Brom Albion on November 29.
The Nigeria international has featured in 18 matches for the Foxes this season and contributed 5 goals and 1 assist.
Leicester City, currently lead Championship table with 49 points, after 21 games.
