Nigerian defender Zaidu Sanusi scored in Porto’s victory over Vitoria in Portuguese league clash on Saturday but ended up injured.
Porto defeated their host 1-2, with Sanusi scoring the equalizer for the Sergio Conceciao’s team.
The left back found the back of the net in the 40th minute after connecting with a cross from the right back.
The former Santa Clara’s man also made one tackles and twelve passes, before being forced off by injury in the 55th minute.
The fullback recently made his come back from injury against Royale Antwerp on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old played for 83 minutes as Porto won 2-0 against Royal Antwerp at the Estadio do Dragao on Tuesday night.
Although, he was left out of Super Eagles 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
