Rangers boss, Philippe Clement is pleased with Leon Balogun’s contributions to his side’s emphatic win over Dundee on Wednesday.

Balogun, who has battled with several injuries this season, played from start to finish as the Gers continued their resurgence under the Belgian with a 5-0 win.

The experienced defender contributed immensely to Rangers keeping a clean sheet on the road, completing two successful tackles, seventy-five passes and committed a foul.

“I’m much more satisfied with the second half,” Philippe Clement said at his post match conference.

“And players came back from injury like Ryan Jack and Leon Balogun. Everybody is starting to understand more and more what we want to do together.”

Rangers are now through to the semi-final of the  Cup, where they’ll face Hearts at Hampden Park.
