Akor Adams had a weekend to remember, scoring twice in Montpelier’s 3-0 victory against Toulouse in the French Ligue 1.
The 23-year-old Nigerian forward played the entire match and successfully converted two of his four shots.
Adams opened the scoring in the 13th minute and added his second goal in the 76th minute.
This brace marked his seventh goal of the season for Montpelier, placing him second in the league’s top scorers, just behind Kylian Mbappe. Khalil Fayad scored Montpelier’s other goal in the match.
Despite the win, Montpelier maintains their 11th position in the French Ligue 1 standings.
