Promising Ghanaian youngster, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku credited Kelechi Iheanacho for his goal against Swansea City on Saturday.
Matt Grimes’ 20th-minute opener for the hosts at Swansea.com Stadium was cancelled out after half-time.
Jannik Vestergaard’s first goal for the Club levelled the matters before Fatawu scored the second for the Foxes, with the Ghanaians powering the ball into the top corner.
It was Abdul Fatawu’s maiden Leicester City goal since joining the Club.
Substitute, Kelechi Iheanacho wrapped up the memorable afternoon for Enzo Maresca’s side.
Speaking after the game, Fatawu said he’s learning a lot from the Nigerian.
“I’m excited to get my first goal. I can’t even explain how I’m feeling. Kelechi always tell me to score, so I’m glad, I did scored today,” He said.
Leicester have now won 11 of their 12 Championship matches this term and have now also broken their own all-time record for consecutive away wins, surpassing the five-match winning run on the road during the second-tier title-winning season of 2013/14.
