Super Falcons striker Asisat Oshoala honored late Afrobeat star Ilerioluwa Promise Aloba popularly known as Mohbad, dedicating her brace against Granada to the singer.

Oshoala, like Mohbad is from Ikorodu area of Lagos State, South West Nigeria.

The singer died mysteriously last month, and the reason behind his death is still unknown.

Oshoala had remain silent on his tragic passing, but broke her silence on Saturday, dedicating her goals to the late 27-year-old singer.

Oshoala got her first of the game, Barcelona’s fifth in the 80th minute, finishing a superb move by the team.

After celebrating with her teammates, she raised her jersey to reveal a vest with the late Mohbad’s image printed on it.

The former Arsenal and Liverpool forward completed her brace two minutes later, tapping Mariona Caldentey’s into the back of the net, completing a 6-1 win.
