Lookman drew first blood for his side after thirty-three minutes of action at the Gewiss Stadium. The winger latched on a pass from Belgian international, Charles De Ketelaere to score his second league goal of the campaign. He was later replaced just past the hour mark, with Croatian winger, Mario Pašalić, coming on in his place in the 67th minute. The Nigerian scored 13 goals in 31 league appearances for the Gian Piero Gasperini’s side last season. Meanwhile the three points lifted Atalanta to sixth on the log with nine points from possible 15 points.
