Ghana and Cameroon are the other teams in pot two. It means Jose Peseiro’s side could face any of current holders Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, Morocco, Algeria and Egypt in the group phase. The main draw will hold 12 October 2023 in Cote d’Ivoire’s capital Abidjan. Meanwhile, the 2023 AFCON starts from January 13 to February 11, 2024.
