Just before halftime, Martinez Quata put Fiorentina in the lead, ensuring a 2-1 advantage for the home team. However, Lookman rose to the occasion and equalized in the 53rd minute, but moments later he was substituted. Fiorentina then secured the win in the 76th minute through Christian Kouame. Despite the loss, Lookman’s goal served as a positive for Atalanta and highlighted his contribution to the team this season.
