Ordega, Ayinde Missing as Super Falcons begin training in Australia

Super Falcons officially got their preparations for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup under way in Australia.

The Falcons arrived Australia on Wednesday, with 21 of the 23 players invited already in camp.

On Thursday morning, Coach Randy Waldrum led the team in their first training session at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure centre.

Another session is planned for later in the evening, meanwhile, the duo of Francisca Ordega and Halimotu Ayinde missed the training as they are yet arrive.

Nigeria will stay in camp for 15 days before the kick off of their first group game against Canada.
