Austin Onyemaechi says Rangers has what it takes to defeat Bendel Insurance in the final of Federation Cup.

Rangers will trade tackles with Insurance in the final of the 2023 Federation Cup at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.

Bendel Insurance are the favorites for the tie, due to their incredible run in the 2022-2023 campaign.

The midfielder however said, they are determined to win the final for their fans.

“No doubt, Insurance is a great side and has been in fine form since the start of the season but we have our work cut out for us and that is to be crowned champions,” he told the club’s media.

“Motivation from management coupled with self-motivation from every player in the team as well as the determination to write our names in the sands of time shall propel us to get our targets right in the final match.

“We are not bothered about Bendel Insurance unbeaten run we just depend on ourselves and target.”

The winner of the final will qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup next season.
