Bayern Munich Chief Believes Osimhen is a “Risky” Investment

Bayern Munich Chairperson, Oliver Kahn has finally reacted to the reports of a possible Summer move for Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen.

According to several news outlets, Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in Osimhen, but also PSG and Manchester United have been linked as likely destinations for the Nigerian if he leaves Naples this summer.

Meanwhile, separate reports however claimed Bayern Munich could drop out of the race to sign the 24 year-old following Napoli’s €150 million valuation of the Player.

Asked about Bayern’s interest in the former Wolfsburg man, Khan said: “When it’s about such a fee, we have to ask the question: does the player give you a guarantee for this money?

“That would definitely be a big risk,” he told SportBILD.

Osimhen guided Napoli to their first league title in 33 years, netting 23 goals in 28 matches and recording four assists.

The striker also has five goals in six UEFA Champions League games as Napoli reached the quarter final for the first time in their history.
