Alex Iwobi was in the thick of the action once again as Everton toppled Leeds United to boost hope of surviving relegation in the Premier League.

Iwobi assisted the only goal of the game scored by Seamus Coleman in the 64th minute.

Coleman latched on to Alex Iwobi’s pass down the right flank and struck a shot, as Meslier moved to anticipate a cross, the ball flew into the net.

Iwobi has now assisted seven goals in the league this season, he also has a goal to his name.

The three points is a boost the chances of Everton remaining in the top flight come the end of the campaign.

Everton are now two wins from two games at home with two clean sheets under new manager Sean Dyche.
