Super Falcons star Asisat Oshoala is delighted to score at Camp Nou, the famous home of European giants.
Barcelona Feminine thrashed Rosengard 6-0 in the UEFA Women’s Champions League clash at Camp Nou on Wednesday.
The reigning Spanish Champions play their home games at the Johan Cruyff Stadium, but Camp Nou, home of Barcelona’s men team was chosen for Wednesday’s encounter.
Oshoala made most of the opportunity, getting two of the goals to take her tally to four in the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
She opened the scoring in the 10th minute before completing her brace in the six minutes later.
Reacting to the feat, the 28-year-old tweeted :
Finally got my first goal at Camp Nou, all glory belongs to almighty Allah and I’m forever grateful for how blessed I am.
Oshoala is the first African woman to win the Pichichi award.
