Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho has expressed his determination to help Sevilla reach the top of the table this season.

The 27 who joined Spanish club Sevilla on Tuesday, revealed that he has been training and is 100% fit to start the season.

“I have had the opportunity to do personal training with a coach in pre-season. That also helps me stay fit,” Iheanacho said. “I’m not far from being 100% fit.”

“Hopefully, I’ll join them soon and then build up the rest of my fitness. I hope to be ready to play the first game.

“I don’t have any personal goals. I can have a goal for myself, but the most important thing is the team itself, my teammates. Together we can achieve great things this season.

“We have to give 100 percent in every game. We have to give our best in every game, without complacency. Hopefully, we will be at the top of the table and go very far this season,” he concluded.

During his time at Leicester City, Iheanacho scored 61 goals and provided 34 assists in 232 matches for the Foxes.
