Despite missing a first-half penalty, El Kanemi showcased resilience and determination to secure the victory.

This success grants them the final Nigerian slot in the CAF Confederation Cup.

It’s their second major achievement this season following their promotion to the elite division.

The victory is El-Kanemi’s first cup win since 1992, bringing their total titles to three.

In addition to the prestige, the club will receive fifty million naira in prize money.
