Africa’s number 1 ranked Table Tennis player, Aruna Quadri has been eliminated from the WTTGlobal Final Men Dubai 2023.

Quadri suffered a 0-3 quarter-final defeat at the hands of World number 1, Fan Zhendong on Thursday.

Fan Zhendong showcased his dominance throughout the match, securing a decisive straight sets victory 6-11, 9-11, and 4-11.

As Africa’s sole representative in the competition and ranked 16th globally, Aruna Quadri now shifts his focus to upcoming events.
