Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama says he enjoyed the opportunity to train with French side Dijon and thanked the Club for their invitation.
Enyeama who was Lille number one goalkeepers trained with lowly Dijon, in order to land a deal and get his career back on track.
However, the former Super Eagles Captain failed to convince the club hierrachy with his performance and the club opted againstgiving him a deal to replace Bobby Alain, whose contract ended lastseason.
The former Enyimba goalkeeper said he’s grateful to the club for the opportunity handed over to him and wished the club all the best in the coming season.
”Thank you for the warm reception and the opportunity given to train to with your team. It was a wonderful time that made me realize that I can still play at the highest competitive level. I wish the coach,the staff, the players a great season,”he tweeted.
Enyema last played a competitive football back in April 2017 , afterhe fell out with then Lille manager Marcelo Bielsa.
