After helping Arsenal to a 1-1 draw against Liverpool at the Emirates stadium on Saturday, Super Eagles attacker Alex Iwobi says the result is fair to both teams.
Liverpool raced into lead in the 61st minutes through James Milner with help from goalkeeper Leno, who was to deal with cross perfectly.
Arsenal responded towards the end of the game as Alexander Lacazette leveled up after a delightful pass from Alex Iwobi. The draw maintains Liverpool unbeaten record in the premier league this season, while is also undefeated in their last 14 games.
“It was a difficult game with both attacking teams and I guess the fair result was the draw,” Iwobi told BT Sports after the game.”
“We are giving extra intensity and you can see the manager demands a lot not just in games but on the training pitch and it is paying off.”
“People say juice is banned but we do get it in the mornings so he is not too strict! It is not just the nutrition it is the attention to detail and tactics and you can see we are enjoying it.”
