Rachel Kundanaji scored a hat-trick in the friendly played on Saturday in Lusaka as the She-polopolo up their readiness for what will be only the third appearance in the AWCON.
The Zambians are in the same group as defending champions Nigeria’s Super Falcons, South Africa’s Banyana Banyana and Kenya’s Harambee Starlets.
While the competition kicks off on November 17, group B matches at the 11th edition of the AWCON are scheduled to get underway on November 18.
Nigeria and Zambia go up against each other in the second group game at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on November 21st.
