A total of sixteen (16) players are currently in Super Eagles camp in Abuja ahead of Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Guinea-Bissau.
Kevin Akpoguma of Hoffenheim, Leicester City forward Kelechi Ihenacho, Everton midfielder Alex Iwobi, Southampton player Joe Aribo, West Brom’s Semi Ajayi and Ademola Lookman who plays for Atalanta are the first to arrive.
The number improves to eight when goalkeepers Francis Uzoho and Kingsley Aniagboso arreived on Monday afternoon.
The arrival of Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi, Daniel Bameyi, Kenneth Omeuro, Frank Onyeka, Moses Simon, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Ahmed Musa and Paul Onuachu , Terrem Moffi, Kevin Bassey, Bruno Onyeamachi and Ahmed Musa later in the evening took the numbers to nineteen.
The remaining six players are expected to touch down in Abuja later today.
Meanwhile, the Eagles had their first training session on Monday at the Moshood Abiola’s Stadium in Abuja ahead of the first leg.
The first leg holds at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium inAbuja on March 24, then the three time African Champions will travel to Guinea for the second leg March 27.
